I wake up at 6:00. Shower, get dressed. Go to balcony and do daily meditation w/redhead. Have ciggie and cup of coffee. Have redhead if time permits Go back in and uncover the budgies. Put make up on. Take vitamins. Curse. Get previously prepared lunch and coffee thermos in bag. The rest is commute.

not only are my abs sore but my legs are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sore. my doctor told me to start lifting heavier weights at lower reps and I've finally started doing it faithfully. seriously my legs don't need to be any stronger but I've started doing a 435lb leg press with 3 sets of 8 reps and I can do it but holy sh*t my legs kill after doing it every other day for 2 weeks. i've raised my weights on everything else too. my armpits are sore, my arms are sore, my boobs are sore, my abs are sore, my ### is sore. basically the only thing that isn't sore is my back, feet, and calves.
