I don't remember doing lots of ab exercises the past few days but maybe I have? My abs are killing me. I'll just work the pain out tomorrow. As for tanning beds, yeaaaahhhhhh...normally I don't burn but I used a higher power bed today and that was a bad idea.

shpat you have a better nose than your dad, but yes you do look like him. You mom was a babe!

yeah - new beds can be brutal. I hated having pasty skin in Edmonton, I tanned all the time. I'm gonna be a leatherface in two more years.

I don't tan my face and always wear face cream with sunblock in it. My skin on my body is so ###### up looking that I don't give a #### about it and just tan away. Oh I do lotion twice daily though :lol:
