I have to do this stupid part of my job at the moment where I have to be a tester for the pilot we have created which means I now have to make/take phonecalls from clients. Once we have created enough data to prove the pilot we train the new company.

But I now remember why I hate taking phonecalls. Apart from the customers it is the neurotic rules and regulations which go along with it.

I'm sure it won't seem like much to you. But I am under a lot of stress and I don't know how to let it go. I have breached DPA (Data Protection) twice and now have to have 15 calls checked. Normally this wouldn't bother me. But fear paralyses me, I keep wondering if I have broken the rules again and again. I keep replaying calls over and over in my head. Each time I can't remember if I completed the procedure correctly. I keep crying.

Once I could forgive myself for but twice. I could be fired for a third breach and I am petrified my job could be in jeopardy b/c of TEST calls.
