:P that if i don't convince my boss she needs me full time, cuz we'll be moving to another building next year and they'll have more kids there, and they might need me full time. then it's a win win situation.

You are really trying to build a case aren't you. I'm guessing Charles has not been positive so far?

yes, i knew i should've gone to law school  i only talked to him once, i had my mind set on 6 weeks, because someone, maybe my boss, talked about 6 weeks, then i started to read about everybody else takes 12 weeks, so i was like why, and i read the FMLA and i'm entitle to 12 weeks. so i started considering but he didn't like the idea.

my wife wants to quit her job and go to grad school full time next year

i have to 'figure out' how we're gonna make it all work

i'm thinking massive low interest debt

Buy some oil ETFs while they're cheap. Oil will be back to >$100 before the end of next year.

Do you buy that like any stock? Can I do it from my etrade?

Sure. Try DXO - it's double leveraged.

Right now it's worth $3 a share (oil's at $44); if oil goes to $88, DXO will be worth $12 (twice the performance.)

If you have a $10,000 margin account and you buy $20,000 worth of DXO (6,600 shares),

when oil hits $90, your account will be worth $70,000 ($80,000 minus the $10,000 margin.)

Of course, if it goes to $20 or $10, you'll get a margin call. But if you pay cash, you'll be safe.

Ok sooooo...I didn't make it to class. Every road I tried was closed because they're all just a sheet of ice. Now I can't go to the gym because I no longer have an SUV and my car won't make it out of the driveway. I just started the movie Traitor.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.

Oh I agree - a clean fridge is fantastic. When I've cleaned mine out I'll go back and look at it too. Okay, that sounds so bloody sad!
