It just finally dawned on me what Dec 12 was after reading all those replies. When Javi was in Mexico waiting for his visa he rode his bicycle from his town to Mexico City. It took him 3 days. He did it to thank the Virgen de Guadalupe for getting his visa. I was extremely proud of him for doing it. I couldn't ride my bicycle 2 miles, much less the hundreds it took him to get to DF.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

See what I mean. She's very blessed and the Mexican/Latin American people know it. Have him make a promise to her for the babies...she'll help you keep them by protecting them. (F) I know I sound crazy, but for so long I was so worried about the baby having something wrong with him and I just prayed to her every night to please keep a watch over him that he would be healthy and have no issues with spinabifida or heart defects. Well, when we saw the ultrasound he was very healthy - the dr said his heart was perfect, spine perfect - I thanked her right then and there.

I think I may go to New Orleans next weekend

Is that a good thing? I would be like -:dance::devil:

Well it's kinda a last minute idea. My dad lives close to there and he decided not to come here for Xmas but my sis and I want to see him. It's a 650ish mile drive and we would only go for 3 days. I guess I'll find out tonight when he calls me back.

another 3.5 hours :dead:

In 21 mins I'm going to happy hour...to go drink a Shirley Temple. :P

have fun!

I'm going to see a movie tonight with a friend. Don't know which one yet. Suggestions?

I'll tell him that tonight. I bet he's not even realized what day it is today. I'll have to remind him later. He's forever asking me, "what day is it today?"

Four Christmases was decent - I enjoyed it. I want to see Australia, Role Models, or Slumlord Millionaire.
