I'm going to try this

Horseradish and lemon juice: the potent ethers in fresh grated horseradish

dissolve mucus in the sinuses and bronchial tubes quickly and effect-

ively; mixing it with fresh lemon juice doubles its efficacy; grate fresh

horseradish into a bowl, add enough fresh lemon juice to make a paste,

take 2 tsp 2-3 times a day, as needed

Cranberries: cranberries contain one of nature's most potent vasodilators,

which open up congested bronchial tubes so that normal breathing is

restored; cranberries are excellent curative and preventive therapy for

the entire breathing apparatus; bring fresh cranberries to boil with just

enough water to cover them, simmer 2-3 minutes, pour off excess

water, puree cranberries in blender, strain off skins, and keep pulp in

refrigerator; when asthma or other respiratory difficulty occurs, mix 2

tbsp in a cup of warm distilled water and sip slowly.

It's icy cold and foggy outside and I can see the lights of the Christmas market from up here, it looks so pretty.

Being back at work feels good, everyone is happy to see me and I spent all day chatting to people.

Oh man,..I so wish I was in Frankfurt for the Weihnachtsmärkte. The Römerberg and Paulsplatz look so beautiful all lit up,...ahh and the Gluhwein,...*big Sigh*...Maybe I could dash back to Frankfurt just for that,..got room Jules?...lol.
