Okay, well if it makes you feel you are not alone, John has been up since 4am Michigan time.

What are you doing?

i've been awake since 1300 yesterday :P

i'm watching the computers hold down the tables right now. not a thing going on.

How often do you work a night shift?

about 30 days out of the year i'd guess.

Not too bad then. You have my sympathy though. Night shifts aren't fun.

When I worked night shifts it used to play havoc with every part of my life.

oh yeah, i had a job like that. nothing but nights - at a club. i still have a low tolerance for drunk people (and their breath) because of that.

good morning.

@William, I thought the mouth was the part of the body that heals the fastest, because of the salive and all.

@Amby, I don't think Charles was a bad kid at all, not from what he tells me his dad was towards him, I'm pretty sure he behaved. Me in the other hand, my dad's only child (well, that until i was 12), i was extremely spoiled.

But those boys, seriously, they are not normal. The teachers bring the accidents/incident reports to me when they happen, and that can be anything, a kid scratched his hand or a kid pulled some other kid out of lunch line, I'd say if we have 20 accident/incident reports a month, at least 5 is from his kids, and not because they got hurt, because they did something to somebody. And we have over 90 kids.

Good Morning!!

I am packing already, Pedro is at work. I bought so much stuff, I have to leave all my xmas gifts for friends and family behind and Pedro will take a second suitcase when he comes over in two weeks. Luckily I am allowed to take two bags with 70 lbs each. I bought at least...ah, I am just not going to go there, otherwise I get declared insane by you VJers.

Let me just say that I am thinking of changing careers and become a personal shopper, so I can live out my passion.

thanks jodee...it's my own fault. i wanted a mole removed from my scalp that no one could even see since i have hair. i'm a freak. i'm into perfection. now it just hurts and i can't lay down how i want to because it hurts more. i'm such a douche.

i beg of you, amby, please do not post that pic again. you know i love you but wound pictures are just disgusting.

Pedro will take a second suitcase when he comes over in two weeks.

Morning Jules. I'm glad you will get to see Pedro again so soon. It makes it MUCH easier to say goodbye when you know you'll get to see him soon. Man, I remember having to say goodbye to Patrick. The only time I didn't cry halfway across the Atlantic (or all day in my house depending on who was leaving) was last Christmas when I knew he'd be flying to Seattle in a week.

I hope these two weeks go by quickly and that you have a safe flight tonight!

Thank you Jen!

And you are absolutely right, this time we are not so emo about me leaving, since we are going to see each other again in 17 days.

Plus it's Christmas and no one should be sad at Christmas :) Do you have your tree up already, Jen?

I'm off to read my funny book about human cadavers. Charles have a fab night alone at work :P

so you're gonna read a book about democrats in office?

It's yeah...

It's a book about the different things they do to human cadavers. Stuff like chopping off the head and using it to practice plastic surgery, throwing them in cars and using them as crash test dummies, and sending them to a place to throw them in a field and watch them decompose.

I always bring the smallest amount of stuff possible when I go places. Lately I've had to bring my laptop and my school stuff with me...I can barely make it through the door with all that #######

I bought some towels last weekend and they're not the right color so now I have to take them back. I can't decide if it's safer to wait until midweek instead of the weekend. Less people then...right?

I'm really seriously going to make it to the craft store today.

Paula Deen just made mashed potatoes with a WHOLE stick of butter, 4 cups of grated cheese, 12 oz of sour cream and two packs of fried bacon. Then she deep fried a whole ham and now she is frying green asparagus.

That woman is seriously out of her mind. Seriously.

And I seriously don't like that woman. Nothing special about her cooking at all, unless you want to end up looking like her!! :P

that's why airlines allow men to carry 2 luggages, one for them and one for the wives.

why do they allow women to carry 2 pieces?!
