My dad's mom is an extremely racist b*tch that no one likes and so when I lived in Los Angeles my aunt took my 5yr old cousin to a mall in Crenshaw to have his photo taken with a black Santa just to piss off the evil grandma. She then framed the photo, wrapped it, and mailed it to her as a Christmas gift

depends on what kind of work u do. i don't think it's appropriate to wear short skirts working in a kids enviroment, but at a library, i don't see why not, unless you can almost see her butt.
