I made mini pies with leftover turkey, caramelised onion, creamed corn and thyme last night, so we'll have those for lunch with oven roasted vegetables (peppers, green beans, green asparagus, carrots and potato) and some stuffing I am just fixing up. Plus a raw carrot-apple salad with orange juice as dressing. And some home made tzatiki - love it with the rosted veg.

I have to walk 6 miles to the grocery store to get oranges and rosemary though and it's pouring outside.

And you, what are your plans for today?

I take the meatballs with spaghetti please! Love it!!

I haven't been running in over two weeks and I feel overly energetic. Since I packed last minute, I forgot to pack my running shoes and sports bra, so I can't run here. Today's weather would be perfect for it!

I guess walking to the gorcery store should sort me out.

Go back to bed and have a nap...and then see what the day brings. Where is Charles?

Hi All

I'm so excited, bought myself a mini laptop, to survive until I get back to the US.

Its an ACER One Intel Atom processor N270, 8.9" CrystalBrite WSVGA, RAM: 512 MB DDR2 and 120GB Hard drive, wireless, LINUX, built in Cam. Equivalent cost in USD$279

My only problem is I can't figure out which Skype to download for LINUX systems. Anyone have any ideas?
