hmmmmm...nessa you give such good advice. as soon as i'm done being sick i plan to return to my gym obsession.

that's my plan too. i hope i can go tonight. the thing is, when you stop goiong you get used to it and then it takes a while to get the rhythm back

hmmmmm...nessa you give such good advice. as soon as i'm done being sick i plan to return to my gym obsession.

that's my plan too. i hope i can go tonight. the thing is, when you stop goiong you get used to it and then it takes a while to get the rhythm back

yeah it sucks but I really wanna go and can't cos it's freaking hard to breathe while doing cardio with a stuffy nose :(

if this helps to avoid the tie-ups at IAH or HOU ... there are three small private air strips nearby.
