hmmmmm...nessa you give such good advice. as soon as i'm done being sick i plan to return to my gym obsession.

that's my plan too. i hope i can go tonight. the thing is, when you stop goiong you get used to it and then it takes a while to get the rhythm back

The d@mn political threads! I thought that would end after yesterday. Jeez people, it's over, Obama won, move on! I'm not entirely happy about it either but I want VJ back to normal. I'm sick of politics!
