Really? :D

I have to say, my friend and I rave about that place. It really was a fabulous dinner that we had there. That and we got totally sozzled on two rather delicious bottles of wine as well. :P

I think so... though the place I'm thinking of is at 8th Avenue & 49th Street, not 8th Street.

My wife's office is just a few blocks away.

Edit: Oops, and now I've seen your reply to my edit. Perhaps I should label myself an internet n00b too!

i'll cook for you a couple times when u visit me, amby

oh that would be awesome!

my mom will never cook because she doesn't feel worthy and I feel so bad when my grandma cooks because she's like "i'm sorry it's not as good as the food you're used to eating" #######? the stuff made with love is the best! none of my friends want to invite me over for dinner because they'd have to cook for me

This makes me wonder Amby, why everyone is so scared to cook around you?!

What the heck do you say to them about THEIR cooking?!!

Sounds like you've given them a complex somehow!!!

Good morning all.

I'm hating life at the moment. My colleague just got "re-deployed" to Edinburgh so now I am in the flat by myself.

Work is boring. The economic markets and outlook sux and generally I am lonely missing John.

Awwww, I am thinking of you ((((Mel))))

You having fun?

To a certain extent

I have a cold - strep throat, sinus, the whole thing. I have been taking Vitamin C and Zinc in high doses and drank lots of tea, but I just feel awful and red-eyed. Pedro is grocery shopping at the moment, I am making some chicken soup later and Pedro is on the hunt for an organic chicken.

Back to the sofa for now *sigh*

Poor thing (F)(F)(F)
