it's for an Information Technology Specialist (customer support),..like a first response Help Desk for IT users on base here,....only part time,..but sure as hell better than nothing,.....ok,..I'm off to the gym to destress a bit,..be back in ahour or two,....

welllll....I actually made my ice cream :P

I asked this earlier but as anyone here had Jamba Juice...?

I love it and plan to drag my hubby there on the weekend so he can try it and love it as much as I do :P .. :lol:

it's good but those things have sooooooooooooooooo much sugar and soooooooooooooooo many calories. i've only tried someone else's. i refuse to buy a whole one.
