To be clear. This is probably not specifically in the TOS but no one should be posting pictures of dead humans of any kind. This is not right and not something many people would like to see that are casually reading the site. If you feel strongly about a topic that is still not an excuse. A good example would be someone that was anti-war posting pictures of dead people with guts and organs hanging to try and make their point.
