what name to use in filing aos?

hi,

i am just waiting for my marriage certificate to be mailed and we will then file for aos. my question is that, should i use my maiden name or my married name in filing for my aos?

its up to you but since your married already traditionally we used our married name.

I change to my married name after we got married.

Hi, I used my married name as my last name when we filed for my AOS.

Example only:

Like: Maria Josefia Cruz ( Single name).

File for AOS: Maria Cruz Smith ( Married Name) Smith - Husband's Surname
