Hello fellow vjers!!Its been months since I last posted here on VJ and i want your help now...At the end of the month me and my fiance will marry and move to Washington State at the same time.

My question is ..do I need to include an AR-11(change of address form) with my AOS application or not?..

My understanding is that you only need to submit an AR-11 if you have a pending case with the USCIS but I want to be sure just in case and nobody wants to have an RFE...

Ill appreciate any help/opinion that you can throw my way..

Thanks..Have a nice day everyone!!!

An AR-11 is needed to be filed by the alien within 10 days of a move, regardless of a pending application or not.

YMMV
