what does this mean when online my info was touched 10/31/08 on the i129f and the i130 however there was nothing new. what does that mean.

U KNOW THE LAST PART OF UR STATEMENT WAS NOT CLEAR TO ME...BUT TOUCH MEANS THEY HAVE LOOKED AT UR FILE FOR SOME REASON
