I`m asking for a friend of mine. Her husband has a ban of 3 years from entering the US because of previous overstay of his tourist visa. I think the ban will be lifted on March of 2010. How soon can she sart filing for petition for her husband?

Interview................March 12, 2008 (APPROVED!!!)

Applied for renewal ..............Nov. 24, 2008

Recieved appinment letter from USEM..... Jan. 3, 2009

Medical................................Jan. 14-15, 2009

Scheduled interview..............Jan. 28, 2009 (APPROVED AGAIN!)

Visa delivered......................Jan. 31, 2009
