Hello everyone!!! WE FINALLY GOT OUR NOA2 TODAY!!! my fiance "discovered" the NOA2 hardcopy in his mailbox...

Thank you,GOD!!!!

12/13/07-----"mine" sent me his 1st PM at MP's

04/11/08-----1st met in person (GHotel-Manila)

04/13/08-----went to Subic(stayed at the Lighthouse Marina Resort)

-----stayed there for 2 weeks

04/27/08-----went back to GHotel-Manila

04/30/08-----"mine" asked me to marry him

-----I said "YES!!!"

-----"mine" went back to Alabama(so sad)

06/13/08-----sent my papers to "mine" for the K1

06/21/08-----"mine"got my papers...

06/23/08-----"mine"sent our papers to RB

06/25/08-----RB sent our papers to USCIS-VSC

06/27/08-----K1 papers received at USCIS

07/01/08-----Notice of Action sent

07/04/08-----"mine" received I-797C,Notice of Action

07/10/08-----"TOUCHED"

07/11/08-----"TOUCHED" again

10/28/08-----NOA2

10/30/08-----NOA2 sent

11/03/08-----NOA2 hard copy in the mailbox

11/06/08-----NVC letter

11/13/08-----USEM received our petition

12/2-3/08----Medical Exam at St. Luke's

We are almost the same timeline in receiving NOA2. Guess our papers are both in transit to NVC.

The wait is not yet over. :)

08/11/08- NOA1

12/14/08- NOA2

02/11/09 Interview (Approved!)

03/07/09 POE at JFK

03/13/09 Married!

AOS

04/08/09- NOA1 for AOS and EAD (we didn't apply for AP)

04/22/09- Case Transferred to CSC

04/24/09- Biometrics Appointment

05/22/09- EAD card production ordered

05/29/09- EAD approval notice sent

06/01/09- EAD arrived in the post

06/18/09- I-485 RFE notice via email

06/25/09- I-485 RFE notice via mail

(They wanted him to redo medical exam- they must've lost it. They also wanted a copy of our marriage certificate, even though we included that in our original submission.)

07/03/09- Medical exam (second one this year grrr!)

07/06/09- I-485 RFE response mailed back to CSC via USPS

07/08/09- I-485 RFE response package delivered at CSC

07/10/09- I-485 Case Processing Resumed (CRIS email)

07/16/09- I-485 Card Production Ordered
