i guess the best thing you can do is call USEM and ask the operator to connect you to the immigrant visa section (since K visas are processed here as well). ask them about this concern coz they can better answer this query...

Cases are denied for all kinds of reasons, but not just because you have a (co-)sponsor. The reason you have a sponsor is to insure that you will not be a burden on the United States government after you arrive in the United States. Just make sure your sponsor has sufficient income and/or assets to satisfy the financial requirements. If you are not sure, get multiple sponsors.

She was asked to bring back proof that her fiance now earns enough to sponsor her. They would not accept the cosponsor.

She was asked to bring back proof that her fiance now earns enough to sponsor her. They would not accept the cosponsor.

Yup. Same thing as a denial unless he gets a new job with sufficient income real quick like before the embassy ships the file back to USCIS.

Is it really case to case basis or they really deny cases with co-sponsors? have u ever experienced this though? feel free to post your stories so we'll have an idea on what to do in our situation in particular. Thanks

Nalaman ko from another member here na nag-interview last Nov. 3 na di daw tinanggap ang co-sponsor nya. They are asking her additional documents pa.
