i guess the best thing you can do is call USEM and ask the operator to connect you to the immigrant visa section (since K visas are processed here as well). ask them about this concern coz they can better answer this query...

god bless you! ^_^

Do they actually deny cases that have co-sponsors or do they just ask for additional documents or informations?

Cases are denied for all kinds of reasons, but not just because you have a (co-)sponsor. The reason you have a sponsor is to insure that you will not be a burden on the United States government after you arrive in the United States. Just make sure your sponsor has sufficient income and/or assets to satisfy the financial requirements. If you are not sure, get multiple sponsors.

Hokey Smoke!

Rocky: "Baby, are they still mad at us on VJ?"

Bullwinkle: "No, they are just confused."

She was asked to bring back proof that her fiance now earns enough to sponsor her. They would not accept the cosponsor.

Yup. Same thing as a denial unless he gets a new job with sufficient income real quick like before the embassy ships the file back to USCIS.

Jo, how was your interview last Nov. 3? Saan ka ba dun? Di tayo nagkakilala ah. Saan ka ba nakaupo? Okay ba interview mo? How did it go?
