Petition was approved on 9/12. On the 3rd try to USCIS, the lady there told me the same thing again about waiting 90 days and the petition had been sent to NVC. Calmly, I explained to her that I would like to speak to a supervisor. She transferred me to an officer and upon looking up my case found out that my petition was sent to the National Records Center instead of the National Visa Center. Just to let everyone know if it has taken awhile to reach NVC, it could mean they sent it to the wrong center. He stated he emailed the center and informed them that the petition needed to be forwarded to the NVC, and went on to tell me that it can take up to 45 days to reach NVC. Now, God willing they get it sent over as stated. The wait continues.
