hello everyone!

i just have a question

i got my 2 year conditional already and i was wondering if i still need the advance parole document. i never received it in the mail. i just want to know if i still need it if i never have to leave the US coz my greencard says i can show it for work and for entering the US.

so basically my question is do i still need to get or recover my lost in the mail advance parole document or my greencard would suffice?

Green card will do. It's the best proof of eligibility in a strange place.

AP and EAD are interim benifits, they are only needed while waiting for green-card, NOT after getting the green-card.

My wife has traveled in and out of Canada 3 times since getting her CR-Green-card NO AP needed.

NOTE you file I-131 for a re-entry permit if you intend on being out of the USA for more than a year, but less than 2 years.

That's right, your GC will be enough to allow you entry to the US.
