Does any one know who's name goes in the section C line 17 on the I-130 form?

I saw the example form. But that seems wrong to me. Because it says information

about your alien relative. Why would i put my name there. Doesn't make sense.

If you are married to the intending immigrant, you are listed there. You are the intending immigrant's spouse are you not??

NOTE: I-130 is used for many different situations.

Examples:

Parents, then will list one parent as intending immigrant, and other parent in that section.

Siblings, List sister brother as intending immigrant, and their souse if they are married in that section.
