So we received P3 and sent it back to Montreal 11/9. Canada Post said it was delivered on 11/10. How long does it typically take MTL to log receipt of these? I called DoS this morning and they still don't show it's been received. Also, once received, how will I know they feel it's complete and now we're just waiting for assignment of interview?

AOS, EAD & AP sent: 4/9/10

Give it a week before they log P3 in. And it might take some time before interview is scheduled. Some of us who interviewed last Nov 13 were waiting since July/August.

Finally married... and still married... ;)

Mine took a month to log, so it really is kinda random. Most people go theirs logged in a week tho.

Yeah, it is random. Mine took 3 weeks to log, and I sent it back Nov. 17/08

I sent my packet 3 in at the end of Oct, and it took about a week and a half before it was logged. I had called last week about a potential issue, and they told me that everything they required had been received and I am just pending an interview. So I am assuming that you can ask if all req'd docs have been received as well.

You know, whenever I think about this topic (WAITING for an interview in MTL), I visualize the scene from Beetlejuice near the end where he's in the waiting room of the afterlife, and he takes a number that doesn't even have a name it's so long... Well, that's how I feel right about now.

The waiting sucks because you cant make plans...

But you know what sucks more than waiting for an interview?

Waiting for Canada Post to find your package that is in their system... because the simplest part of this whole procedure, they still manage to #### up.

Yeah...I've read nasty things about Canada Post on this forum. Luckily I haven't ran into that yet...but there's still time

Press 1, then 0. Don't listen to the menu, it's super long.

Thanks. That was very helpful, even if she didn't have any information for me.
