My P3 took almost 2 weeks, so don't fret yet.

I'm still wondering why my P4 is taking more than a week though.

I mean... where in the world is it coming from?

I just hope my visa doesn't take this long.

hey good luck in your interview

what you mean by Packet4 ? is it the medical examination ?

we already send packet 3 included the medical examination , i looked to u timeline and i saw that u medical examination was after u send the packet 3 !

the medical examination was in my checklist as the forms and other documents in my packet 3 !

You can't get a medical before Packet 3. (That I know of)

You have to check everything off on your P3 checklist because you will have all that done by the time of the interview.

Packet 4 is the interview letter.

thx for the answer

the medical examination is a part of the k3 check list ,

iam wonderning how they schudule the interview date in a month and 4 days , my packet 3 said that the interview will schedule 4 to 6 months !!!!! i dont know how they work !!!!

They are guestimating their timelines. It can be a few weeks to many, many months, as has been seen by the members of this forum.

We don't know how they work either, heh. (Or if they even do work some days, haha.)

Hi,

How long it takes to Montreal to respond to e-mails.

This is crazy, I sent them email on Sunday with a document they requested so they can move our case from Baghdad to Montreal due to stupid NVC error and yet they have not anserwed.

How can I contact them if they not answer phone? what other option I can do?

Please advise.

Thanks

Batta

They should respond to the email. I usually got an answer within 3 days. Yesterday was a holiday so that might have delayed their reply.

Hi

Did you get an automatic answer from them?

If not, they probably didn`t get your email...I got problem like this when I need to re-schedule my interview...but they can take 4 or 5 days to answer.

If you didn`t get the automatic answer I suggest that you resend your email from an other address.

Good luck

Ugh, so we're 10 days away and I literally cannot stop panicking. I was in tears twice tonight and have gone over my folder probably about 6 times today. I don't know why I'm so scared but I am. I'm afraid I will have forgotten something or that they want something extra and tell us they can't approve us. I don't even know how I would react.....probably break down in tears again. I love Wes so much and I really don't want to screw anything up. I just want to be in his arms again. :crying:

Sweetie, you are probably one of the most prepared people i know on this site. And i know how hard it has been for you and wes to be away from each other this long. You will do fine on the 23rd..i know you will. Stay strong, keep remembering how much you two love each other, and remember that the end of the long wait will be soon over. Think about what you will do the first week you two are together. Thinking of the future usually helps me especially if it involves thinking of future children :)

Hugs, you will be fine Steph..i know you will.

Thank you Kim...and OMG for you! Grats on a new NOA2! Its about freakin time! I have had you in my prayers, and will continue to pray for a swift turn around through NVC and then to an interview for you.

I just wish my mind would stop playing games with me. The other night I had a nightmare that I got to the consulate, got inside and had left all the support stuff at home, so I had to run (not drive...not sure why) all the way home to get it and by the time I got back they were closed.

I second what kimbear said Danu! You are very well prepared, just letting your mind take control and freak you out! You are going to be fine!

Kimbear-Congrats on your NOA2!!! It's about time!!

;_: don't worry so much. this is really the easiest step of the process because you're prepared. the embassy ( the one in canada atleast) is not out to get you. plus even if you are missing something ( which i doubt) its not like they will outright deny you.

i know this is a life altering thing but everyone is so nice and they know exactly what you're feeling.
