K-1 people waiting for interviews at Montreal

I could use some more kittens. Varba please if you would . . .

Also, Varba I feel left out of all of the WoW references and wish some of you people played EQ2 (EQ2 > WoW IMHO).

Seriously though, he was going to "move in" with me at Christmas time while we waited for an interview date. So now it is wait until February to be together or get married in 2 months! He says he doesn't want to feel "rushed" and he doesn't want to go without seeing me. I have 2 kids so me going to Canada means either flying 3 people there or finding a 24 hour babysitter for a few days . . . Not likely.

/crying, could use some kittens or geek speak . . .

Unfortunately, my EQ2 time was severly limited, so I can't geek out on that.... I did EQ one for awhile...

I can do a combo - cute kittens + EQ!

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

Me: "Yes, yes I do."

Wow... rushed... that is the SAME word I heard from MY Canadian they day I told him about the interview. Perhaps it is a Canadian guy thing?? Unfortunately, he will either have to deal with rushing and the hurry up (seems to be a US thing - something MANY Canadians are not comfortable with, as I've found with my husband's family and friends) or deal with additional long UNKNOWN waits (again). I WISH we could control the US Gov't and their immigration process!!! Can't I have the date WHEN I WANT it??? UGH!

My fiance's coming!

It somehow landed on his visit to me.

And wow, life is just amazing right now!

I ordered my wedding dress yesterday and by some amazing coincidence they have my size with the colour combo I want in stock!

So now I'll be getting it in 2 weeks instead of 14 :D

Bah, other people should have a November 9th interview as well. Not that I'm complaining ;)

Arabella, just go to the interview and request that the consulate delay issuing your visa. They'll more than likely be fine with it.

Plus there is 6 months from date it is issued to actually enter the US. Not everyone rushes down the day they get their visa in hand :whistle:

I am bullying the hunny to be there with me during the interviewing -- using blackmail, tears and googoo eyes, so I hope I wont be alone. However, I am really glad you guys will be there so someone can call 911 if I pass out in fright :P
