OK I am totally freaking. I actually got an interview date today. Nov. 20 in Montreal!

I have no idea how I got so lucky! Hopefully this is a good sign for everyone waiting!!

Im just a CR1, but I would REALLY suggest that all your K1s start calling -- they may have picked up on some cases!

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

Yeah. I just want to clarify that it's entirely possible that they scheduled a whole bunch today all this afternoon. I submitted my P3 a month before Matt. So it's curious...

I also had other bad news today. I'm calling first thing in the morning.

If there's still no interview scheduled for me, I'm going to get CONCERNED. Or pi&&ed. or both.

Well they were closed t his afternoon for a period of time. So maybe that's what happened.

12/31/2009 - Marriage

07/21/2010 - AOS approved

08/04/2010 - Green Card received (and it's actually green!)

05/30/2012 - Sent ROC packet to VSC

06/08/2012 - Received NOA1 for ROC (Dated 06/04/2012)

I'd call back guys! I called DOS the day I received my interview in the morning and they had nothing scheduled for me. Later that afternoon I noticed a couple people on VJ got appointments so I decided to call back and huzzah! They had booked me something that afternoon. So there is still hope.

Yeah, possibly tomorrow -- I called right when I saw Matt's message which he posted 9 minutes before I saw the email notification, and DoS was already closed. Denied! I'm calling first thing tomorrow morning. Wow. This is big news.

My new saying is "Don't believe it until you see it". I wouldn't want anyone to go through what Varba and I went through last week :(.
