I have been waiting 6 weeks for an interview date...I am trying to be patient. I read here that Montreal is backlogged? Does anyone know if this is still the case?

I don't know, but as you can see, we waited almost 2 months to find out our interview date.

Hello all!

My visa was approved!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Finally time to get ready for the big move. Should get my visa this week and I'm leaving on the 16th so it gives me time. I will not write a review since it's the same as everybody, but will keep saying ARRIVE EARLY!!! it is sooo worth it! I got there at around 7am, 1st in line, left at around 9am. All went smoothly, people were very nice, etc.

Thanks for all the help and support! see you in other threads!

I'm looking to be a September 2009 AOS filer so hope to see some of you there!

Congratulation ruby_mtl!! So happy to see everything went smoothly..isn't amazing how easy it seems now that it's done? Congrats again and have a good move!!

I know...i`m just being impatient...I hate to be this way...I see people waiting here, and with much worse situations than mine. I just feel like my whole future is in the hands of people who think of me as just a number...

well lined up and was first interview of the day.. as well as first approval of the day !!!! woohoo!!

man thanks to VJ, the embassy was like i had already been in there and it wasnt so strange to me, only strange that it felt like i had already been inside cus i read the guides on here for what to expect and what it looked like LOL!! :star:
