If you're looking at the front of the building, the consulate door is on the LEFT side- There is a big US Seal over the door...You'll see it, I promise :)

Okay... somewhere in these 47 pages of Montreal Interview info... someone at some point posted something about a picture of the door to actually WAIT at (or perhaps it was directions for finding the right door?). Anyway, I thought it was here, but I can't find it. Then, I thought it was in the reviews. <sigh> Either I'm just stupid or I'm blind. I can't find any of it! So, if someone knows where the post was made regarding the proper door to wait/enter, please share again. I've been sitting here searching for what seems like forever. I'm hoping someone bookmarked it!!! :dead:

Go to iGoogle/Google Maps.... you can Google the address, and it will show you a virtual realtime image of the front of the building... it's a really cool tool :) if you have in iphone, you can get it right on there :)

I will not be able to continue the K-1 Montreal tracker. And I'm not at home, but I will be able to email someone the spreadsheet, within a few weeks, should they want to continue it.

I flew to Ontario from Washington State after Chris' father called me to tell me that Chris had been hit by a car while crossing the street. When I arrived, I found Chris laying in a coma in a hospital bed in ICU with a black eye and brain damage so severe that his head was swelling. The hospital told us that he would not recover and it was only a matter of time. Later that night, his parents decided to cut his life support and he died within a few hours.

I hadn't seen Chris since November. He always said, "we'll see each other soon enough... why waste the money?"

I know this whole process of waiting sucks, but... be grateful that you have someone to wait for, because it could be gone just like that.

I'll be gone from VJ for a while, but... part of me wants to become some sort of immigration activist. So, we'll see.

Take care everyone, and best of luck to all of you on your visa journey!
