We received our approval for both the K3 and I130. It only took them 285 days for the 130. Vermont was so slow!!!

Please read the post to the end, his I-130 is not approved. USCIS approved his expedite request. Yesterday you congratulated somebody I can not remember who although he got approve more that month ago. Please take your time and read the post.

My Bad on Ruby jade. Hope Ruby Jade gets approved soon.

I don't see anything wrong with congratulating someone on approval even if its a month later.
