but the msg is still the same, case recieved and pending

That is so encouraging. First touch after NOA1...wow CSC is reviving again...gooooog sign.

Lets see how soon you get the approval hopefully by the end of this week. I am 15 days behind you that gives me hope.

lol lol , thank you and i wish you the best i really dont know if they were working on the file or because the congress office is been calling them lol but i think they are working on our files because i have an i-129f was filed aswell and they didn't touch that one ,so hopefully we will get something soon:)

Conrats to those appoved and to those of you still waitng like me... good luck!! Im ready to loose my mind!! Havent seen my husband since April now. Man its so hard!!

Any idea when VSC will be approving those who got the NOA 1 in august?

Please read the post to the end, his I-130 is not approved. USCIS approved his expedite request. Yesterday you congratulated somebody I can not remember who although he got approve more that month ago. Please take your time and read the post.
