Monday!

This morning at around 9:45am I was about to leave for work at 10am. I decided to take a moment and check on the cats before I left and when I came to the living room window I heard a loud sound outside my door of my balcony patio. The blinds were closed but I could see somewhat thru them and there was a man on my patio then he jumped over the ledge and into my bushes and was running thru them and was basically right in front of me. I felt frozen bcz I didnt know what he was wanted or was going to do next. I only saw his pants and jacket and about how his size was. When he disappeared, I opened the outside door and noticed that he stole our Hookah!!! I ran inside and woke Adam up and called the Apartment Office and then was told to call the police out. It took about 1 1/2 hours for the Police Officer to come out which was fine by me just as long as he came. There was a home invasion about 20 minutes from my house before the Officer got to me. He suggested that I not write a report since it was only a small Hookah and about $35, but gave me his card and the number to C.O.A.P., then I went to the Apartment Office and filed a report. This week someone broke into a ladies car in our apartment complex. Alot of theft going on these days, alot of crazyness. Im thankful that it was only a hookah and that I actually didnt go outside to work at that moment or else I would have literally run into that thief!!!

No offense but 35$ or 3500$ anyone who is breaking and entering and stealing needs to have a police report filed for them.

Monday sucks thank God it's over. I love my VJ girls. Annie I'm sorry about a wacko weekend, but I loves you Amal that sounds rough, but I have known a few stupid labs, like my Dad's lab Dixie. Sweet as pie but she's dumb as a brick too. I swear you put her in a cardboard box and she won't find her way out again Bridget I hope that you're feeling better soon. Everyone else who is having it rough, take care, I'll keep you in my prayers and I hope it gets better soon!

Apparently the Police here dont take $35 seriously, I actually wasnt concerned about that part either, but the fact that it was stolen for one, 2nd that it is commonly used in this area for drugs, which usually around ATL leads to drug dealings and shoot outs... good ol' ATL. And I always bring Adam to work at 10pm or 11pm at night and sometimes get home around 11:30 or midnight, and now I dont feel very safe.
