I am just waiting on edge this morning to hear from my husband who is now at the Consulate "getting his visa"

but after all the upset and redtape I am afraid to get too excited until he calls and says I GOT IT!

Now is near 3pm there..you all have been so helpful and sweet...keep us in your prayers these final moments.

I am so tired of walking on eggshells.

The weather has been so delightful but I know my husband cant wait to get here just in time for winter and his first snow. YUCK!

I am praying for all of you still waiting to hear news and from what I can see alot of us are going to have a very blessed Christmas.

Have a great day...it is just nice to have a REAL smile on my face!

One week closer to my hubby getting his visa from Cairo. Course, we have no idea when they will let go of it, but we're closer anyway

It's going to top out at a balmy 50 degrees here today. I love fall!

Good Morning Mena!!! It was almost 60 degrees at 6 am when i picked Kamal up at work. Its gonna be a wonderful day. Think I will sit on my deck and do some cross stitch! I'm addicted now! The only thing i don't like about warm weather now, is my allergies kicks up my asthma and I cough my brains out! I need some predizone!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning everyone, hope its the start of a great week filled with good news and developments

its cool and a little foggy here, its so nice after the months of baking summer heat. Me and baby are going to go walk for a while in the fog ina few minutes.

Kelly - you were asking about Amirah's first birthday. well, I VERY rarely let her have sweets so she was totally enchanted with the cake. I am sure she didnt have a clue what was going on but she greatly enjoyed being the center of attention and getting a lot of new toys. but once she had some cake in her hand she was in her own happy little sugar world (as you can see a little bit from my signature pics....)

Got a prescription faxed to me today from a doc and I had accidentally double-faxed so there was a note on it that said:

there is no need to send more than 1 fax as we have patients in our office

so I sent a little love note back, saying:

Sorry about the accidental duplicate fax. our screen doesn't show us WHEN a fax went out, only that one was sent. We don't try to make it a habit of "multi-faxing" just for giggles. The patient requested that we send another request to you, otherwise, we wouldn't have sent it again (since we, too, have patients waiting in the lobby.

oh wow you're on FIRE!!! lol. I'm more weepy than anything. Been bawlin my everlovin' eyes out for three days straight. My husband just called and the waterworks started again. Poor thing doesn't know what to do with me.
