Affidavit Co-sponsor Eligibility

Hello, hello! How is everyone doing today? (Hopefully well!) My fiancee and I rushed to seek your answers, hoping that someone could give some assistance with our case.

The two of us have been desperately looking for a co-sponsor for the I-134 part of the K-1. We finally have found someone that could be a potential signer and supporter for me, but we are not absolutely sure that they can sign it.

The individual that offered to help me is within my family, who works in the States, but lives in Canada. She crosses the Windsor-Detroit border each workday, going back and forth between work and home. She lives in Canada, since she is a Canadian citizen, but works in the states. I am not sure if she has an H-1B or a TN-1 visa, but I know she has an A number, and she pays US and Canadian taxes. She meets the poverty requirements too.

What I'm trying to figure out, is if she would be eligible for the I-134 filling, or not.

In the I-134, under 1, there are a number of non native born U.S. citizen options. Here is the file to see the wording yourself: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf The d. section of the 1st question asks for an A number, if the person is a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the U.S.

Would a worker's A number be good enough for this? Or strictly a Green Card, or other residential permit holder could be a co-sponsor?
