:D So, In Manila, During her interview will she need to pay for anything? Is there a visa charge for $100 is that accurate? And for the medical... that is $100? And does all this go to bank of the ppines?

Thanks for any help you have. I think I'm overly excited about having a date, trying to line all my ducks in a row

Purple,

$95 - in Philippine Pesos is paid on the day of her medical. This is paid at St. Lukes Cashier's Office

$100 - in Philippine Pesos is paid at any accredited Bank of the Philippine Islands or Citibank branches before the interview date.

I read that the money for the medical is supposed to be paid at a bank and to bring a receipt? Has that changed? Did they actually make it easier? Also.... What if your packet never comes...how can you go to the medical? Don't you need some kind of proof that you are supposed to be there? I wish that they ran smoother in Manila.

Delbros charges depends on ; if it's within metro manila/provincial address. I live in laguna this is south of metro manila and I paid 220 pesos. I think within metro manila it will be lower. My sister paid 120.00 and her address was in Makati.

Purple, I had my medical last Jan. 30 and I can assure you that I paid at St. Lukes. Your fiancee can still get her medical without the packet as long as she knows her Manila case number and preference category (K1). That's the only proof she needs. You may request the embassy to send her packet to St. Lukes and she can pick it up from there.

You may want to read the threads entitled "Manila Interview" by windchaser 4 and "Manila Packet 4" by JoyTim. You can find this under the Foreign Embassy Discussion Forum. You can pick up lots of info there.

how much would the delivery charge be? thanks:P

I don't remember what the exact charge was for us. I think it was something like 165 pesos for delivery to Makati. looking at other responses I guess you can surmise that it will be somewhere between 120 and 300 pesos.
