hi guys, i don't know how to make a timeline...sorry im new at this...and i have not yet started our I 130, I am still waiting for my husband to send his forms but will do it as soon as i receive them...all i can put in my timeline are how long we have been married and our son's age too...how can i do this so that i can be an official dust collector?

i read somewhere that life insurance can be an evidence for a bona fide marriage...does anyone know of a cheap life insurance companies. im sure my work give this but id like to know cheaper rates from people here, thanks

since everyone here is mostly from pakistan...well could you guys help me out? my husband is from pakistan...at the moment he is in pakistan for a 2 month vacation to attend his brothers wedding. but he will be returning to the philippines at the end of january. he lives in the philippines, been living there for 5 years now because he studied in the philippines and is still on a student visa. also, our son is in the philippines and my mom takes care of him (my parents are filipinos but I am a USC by birth and I live now in boston). since we will be using the us embassy in manila as our consulate...what things does he need to get from pakistan now that he is there? aside from the usual birth certicate with translation and police clearance...what else?

Taj, you can add a timeline once you get your NOA1.

As far as documents for your spouse. I think he needs birth certificate, marriage documents, photos of you all and your son, and any evidence he can get.

Taj first of all tell me where( Pakistan or Philippines) did u guys get married and how?

Secondly he has to get his birth certificate and english translation.

Thirdly he has to get the Police certificate (Placed lived since the age of 16)

Fourth he will also have to get the Police certificate from Philippines.
