The packet was approved up to the medical exam on her part. We had some things happen to have to hold off on the process. We are not ready to get this done and get her over here. Do we need to start the process all over?

Thanks

Reunited for good and it feels so good!

I'd call USEM and see if they still have your petition.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

You are probably going to have to start again with a new petition. Check with the DOS visa information line for the current status of the case. If the Consulate still has it, you can request they extend the validity of the petition and proceed. If they don't have it or won't extend the validity, you start over.
