Do you have to wait 90 days after biometrics appointment to ask why I haven't recieved my EAD or is it 90 days after the adjustment of status? It has been about 2 months since my biometrics ans still I haven't heard anything..?? Thanks

You can ask when ever you like. 90 days is a projected time, not a concrete rule.

I'd get in touch 90 days after biometrics rather than 90 days after sending it in, if I was going to get in touch at all.

:time: <--this helps not only you, but other VJers as well...

Without your specific timeline to go by - it's difficult to give you any real advice except to say it takes (on average) around 90-days to get EAD; assuming there were no RFE's on your AOS. Averages being what they are you're looking at a range of anywhere from 70 to 120 days.

To answer your question directly - you can contact them anytime you wish - but it's doubtful they will give you much more than a standard 'call back after X-amount of days" response...
