Me three! I was hoping Jeff would win yesterday so that it could be JEFF, CARLA, and STEFAN in the finals.... I love Fabio's personality but he just wasn't the Top Chef imo. His restaurant is only about an hour from here... I should get off my butt and go try it! :P

I hope Carla wins! I'm not a fan of Hosea and Stefan is a great chef but he's too cocky! He'll probably win but I'd rather see Carla take it! :energy:

Stefan seems to be a really good chef, but I am SHOCKED that his laissez-faire attitude in front of the judges' table didn't get him kicked off. STUNNED.

I like Carla, too. She seems very creative and passionate about her food.

Btw, would you have guessed that Carla had been a model??

I am SOOOOO pissed off that Stefan is still on the show. He is an arogant, cocky, a$$hole!!! The way he trash talks Hosea, especially about his gumbo, but then everyone, including Emeril, loved it. He's just jealous and needs to be knocked down a few notches.

Two weeks in a row he has been in the bottom two, and I think that the producers are keeping him around because of the drama!!!

Last week he over cooked the salmon, and this week his gumbo was not prepared in a traditional way, and his drink was too sweet, and his overall meal was not that strong. Had Jeff won, both Stefan and Fabio would have been gone, and it would have been the end of "Team Euro".

Anyway... just needed to vent!

On a positive note, I really do enjoy Carla, and she really cracks me up. (Agree with not believing she was a model comment!) It doesn't matter to me whether Carla or Hosea win... but PLEASE don't let it be that ####### Stefan!!!

As much as i have enjoyed Stefan and Fabio(esp Fabio...yum yum), I really think the judges should have awarded Jeff as the winner as his dish was far superior to either of those guys....Now my vote is for Carla, I have warmed to that girl!

Did anyone see Ariane as a sous chef on Iron chef tonight?

She was on the challenger's side. I missed the end so I don't know if she won or not.

It looked like she was in charge of cooking the meat :)

Ooh ooh ooh! I did I did! I was like... hey, that's Ariane on the challengers side!!! She looked pretty calm. Really surprised me to see her.

As for the challenge... my man Bobby Flay won, but only by 1 point in the Taste catagory! :D

Holy #######!

I can't believe how this turned out. :(

Stefan showed that he actually does have a little bit of heart. Oh Carla............

and only then, will you find the meaning of happiness."

As soon as I saw Casey as one of the sous chefs, I knew she'd be paired with Carla. I knew it would not be good for Carla, but who could have predicted how much Carla would let Casey influence her meal. It's really sad because I believe Carla would have won if it hadn't been for listening to Casey. :(

Although I initially didn't like Carla, I did grow to respect her ability as a chef as the season progressed. Though I am incredulous that she was a model at some point in her life. Unless, of course, she was what Beaker on the Muppets was based on, as Sister Fracas so wisely pointed out so long ago in this very thread.

I am glad that Stefan didn't win. Though he seems to be a good chef, he didn't have it all together last night and has been struggling a bit in recent weeks. Plus, he's just a jerk. Hilarious that he still has the hots for Jamie!

For me, I was happy to see Hosea beat Stefan, especially since they've had the biggest rivalry all season.

I'm sad that the season is over. I love Top Chef!

Couldn't have summed it up better myself. I too feel for Carla, and the fact she didn't go with her own style of cooking.

Stefan had it comming, and freezing the fish and his so-so desert were the final nails in his coffin.

Will be interesting to see the reunion show! :D

I third that in it's entirety. Carla's food seem to be so tasty and hearty and something people actually would enjoy eating often.

Stefan, although a good chef, does come off too arrogant and uninterested in the people who are supposed to eat his food.

So is anyone surprised that Fabio got 'Fan Favorite'?! I was hoping Carla would, but it doesn't surprise me, given the number of women who probably watched the show, that voted for Fabio! ;)

And who believed Stefan when he said he was glad he didn't win?!! Yeah right...

Who thinks things will continue to heat up between Hosea and Leaha?!

Anyway, it was a good reunion show. I can't wait till next season!
