para recibir la NOA2 se demora por alli 4 - 6 meses. en el paquete 3 se consiste de q sigue en el proceso y tambien los DS-156 y DS-230 algo asi, tampoco no estoy tan seguro porq acabo de enviar mi paquete I-129f. pero tiene q ser pendiente q va llegar a su casa el paquete, pero eso es cuando la USCIS se envia sus papeles a bogota. espero q podia ayudar un poco, q estes muy bien
