Hello, my girlfriend is now saying that there is a total of 4 pages on this.

1 is for herself.

2 is for her family info. (duplicate)

last page is my family info here in the USA.

She is saying she needs my family info on the last page which is marked (20) 4

Here's a blank GIV-24. It's painfully obvious why this form causes confusion.... :wacko:

Yes Karin und Otto, I am just going by what she sent me via email, I understand they look the same, but she says the last page, which is the 4th page is requesting my familys info etc. she said it can't be completed without my information. like you said, this is very confusing !!! :crying:

That is correct. I suggest you make up a spreadsheet with the appropriate information and then email it to her so she can transcribe it on the form. Include all information requested including for any former spouse(s). If something is unknown, write "unknown".

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Yes, that is what is meant by "any prevous spouse(s) he/she may have had. Wouldn't you think. Always read instructions carefully and interpret literally.
