question about medical exam

hello everyone..my fiance applied for our k1 last oct 2,2008..just wanna ask a question about the medical exam at st lukes medical center,i am pregnant for 4 months and my due date will be on march 27,2009..what if i havent give birth n i will have my medical examination,do i need to inform the doctor right away that i am pregnant?and i read before that they will just forward the result at the manila embasy right?so that means that the embassy will know that i am carrying a child,do u think i will have some problems about it.pls help.thank you so much.

fill in your timeline please !!!! you will most likely have given birth already before the medical.. if not of course tell them.

yes, u will probably give birth during your medical if your due is on march, if not them i guess even ur wont tell them they will know already, cuz it will too obvious that u will have a big belly during that time. goo dluck on ur visa journey
