change of address while I-130/I129F in progress

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of moving, but my wifes K3 visa is in progress. Does changing the address in middle of the process change anything? Will it affect the timing negatively?

What do I need to change the address with CSC in case I do decide to move, and whats the procedure?

YOu file a AR 11 online within 10 days of your moving. Sponsor files a I-865 within 30 days.

YOu file a AR 11 online within 10 days of your moving. Sponsor files a I-865 within 30 days.

I am a USC..i thought AR 11 was for non US citizens? I haven't recieved NOA2 yet. (only noa1) do i still file I-865?

Yes, you should still send in the I-865 to the processing service centre. No need for the AR-11 if your spouse isn't even here yet.

I don't think it'll affect you negatively. I had to do a change of address and so far things haven't changed lol, I'm still waiting on them to move on with processing my wife and step-daughters visas. Seriously though, I don't think it'll affect where you stand in the process.

Man, Just go to USCIS.gov and look for the link for changing address online... fill out the electronic forms and submit them... (this is after you're actually left 'cause they're going to send you a notification to your new address) and thats it...

Service Center : Vermont Service Center

Consulate : [ Egypt ]

Marriage : 03-08-2003

I-130 Sent : 04-20-2008

I-130 NOA1 : 04-25-2008

Touched : 05-01-2008

TOUCHED: 09-29-2008

TOUCHED: 09-30-2008

APPROVED: 01-07-2009

Interview Date... [?!]

I-129F Sent Finally!: 06-10-2008

I-129F NOA1 : 06-20-2008

the sponsor I-865 notice of change of address is not online. Only the AR-11 is AFAIK.
