I just had my passport photo taken from Walgreens early today and all my photos were put on to a passport picture holder. Is it neccessary to put my Passport photos inside the zip lock? Or it's OK to leave it inside the passport holder and I'll clip the holder at the back of each Form?

Yes, write your full name lightly on the back of the pictures.

I would recommend putting the pics in a ziploc bag and stapling that bag to a piece of paper. Just because USCIS has a tendency to lose stuff. That and I would be afraid to see the pics falling out of the Walmart passport holder. :)

Yes, write your FULL NAME & A# or I-94 NUMBER at the back with ball-point pen or pencil.

I also put them inside a small transparent bag and label the bag with "photos of ......" also.

Do the same thing for each application and you will be fine.

Just try your best to make everything as clear as possible, do not give them a chance to question anything stupid. =)

09/12/08 Received Biometrics appointment letter

10/03/08 Appointment for Biometrics

11/04/08 Received Interview NOA by mail

11/10/08 InfoPass for AP

11/12/08 AP Approve Notice Sent , EAD Card Production Ordered

11/17/08 AP received

11/25/08 EAD received

12/11/08 Appointment for Interview - APPROVED

12/27/08 GREEN CARD received

ROC

11/16/10 USPS Express Delivery I-751 to California Service Center

11/17/10 USCIS received the package, Notice of Action dated same day

11/19/10 Check was cashed

11/23/10 Received NOA

12/11/10 Green Gard expired
