Medical is valid for 1 year, so can do it before filing AOS is fine.

You could print out the form, however the doctor should have them in his office already.

You can get vaccinated anywhere that costs the least, some county health departments do them at NO cost, then take the records with you to the Civil Surgeon.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Are you ready to file pretty soon? If so then you can do some homework and call some Civil Surgeons to see how much they'll charge you, then make an appointment. Take into account your husband will need the TB test and that in itself is a two/three day turnaround. If he needs vaccinations or titers then that may add some time to the wait. When all was said and done, mine took a week and couple of days to get the envelope back in my hands! It's something that you can do now, so that it is in the works and ready when you want to mail the package. Good luck!
