There is indeed an irony in the article--that it was published at all.

Nothing implausible in a family having one US Citizen member and other members who are not even permanent residents (my personal experience, as my sister had US Citizenship from at least 1996--and I had to wait on multiple-renewal TN-1's until 1999).

If I were running for a campaign I'd be dishonest about it too. If people are going to vote for you based upon your religion, then they deserve to be lied to.

Anyways, about Obama it makes as much sense that Cindy McCain is left out of it being she's not on the ticket, just like all of the other ####### mentioned in the post you quoted.
