I'm not sure it's fair to say that Obama should be handing out money to an aunt he's met just two or three times, or even that he either knew or should have known the details of her immigration status.

With that said, what a disgrace that she's been able to get government assistance to remain here illegally. Further, I'm super duper irate with ICE for delaying deportations and requiring a deviation from current policy to serve the election. As it is required to be a citizen to vote, what the heck difference does it make if illegal aliens are deported?

And let me tell you just one thing - if Obama gets elected and winds up giving her legal status straightaway, I'm leading the revolt for all of us who do it the legal way to get the same treatment and service.

Since Fox News is probably the only network that will bother to investigate, let's all write to Fox News and demand that they get an explanation from ICE on this new and unusual procedure...I want to know for sure that it is for a legitimate reason and not just so voting fraud can be perpetrated.

Actually, I'm very active in political matters and have written more than once to my Senators and Representatives to let them know my thoughts on a wide variety of issues over the years. I consider it my civic duty to be an informed voter, and to match my votes cast with what I perceive to be their performance or non-performance on issues I care about.

Who knows why he's not helping out. I would have a hard time helping out several members of my family because they continue to make bad choices and squander whatever they get. The old saying give them an inch and they take a mile applies. BUT, if I was freaking running for pres I'd help out and hush up the hole thing. Maybe he's a jerk, maybe he doesn't know them and maybe they don't deserve the help. Regardless I still think he'd make a better pres than McCain.

His aunt in the Boston housing project is no stranger to him. She's been to his home. He invited her to his swearing in as a US senator. She contributed to his presidential campaign! This is not a woman he did not know!

Now that she's been outed, his campaign is suddenly giving her contribution back because she's a foreign national and they can't legally contribute. He's also calling for her deportation! So much for the family man.
