Hi All,

Wanted to pass on our good news. My wife received her 10yr green card in the mail today, only one week after approval! It certainly was a Happy Halloween. Hope all who are still waiting are approved soon. Thanks to the board and all of its posters!

Enclosed please find a Joint I-751 Petition for Removal of Conditions of Permanent Resident Status regarding my wife, Meaw Rowe. Please also find a check for $545.00, the fee for this form and associated biometrics. My wife entered the United States on a K-1 visa on March 16, 2006. We are happily living together and request that this petition be accepted for removal of conditions on the residence of my wife Meaw Rowe.

Enclosed also please find the following documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship:

· Joint I-751 Petition for Removal of Conditions of Permanent Resident Status.

· Copy of the permanent resident (green) card of my wife Jeeraporn Rowe (front and back).

· Copy of marriage certificate

· Copy of T. Rowe Price (Roth IRA account) beneficiary information page listing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of Vanguard Group (Roth IRA account) beneficiary information page listing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of Fidelity Investments (Rollover IRA account) beneficiary information page listing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of our jointly held Geico auto insurance policy statements and cards.

· Copy of our Carpenters Health and Welfare medical insurance cards (front and back) showing a joint policy.

· Copy of our jointly held XXXXXXXX Credit Union account ATM Checking/Debit cards (front and back).

· Copy of our jointly held Costco membership cards dated June of 2006 (front and back).

· Copies of our joint Verizon Wireless account statements

· Copies of our joint Pacific Gas and Electric account statements

· Copies of our joint Sunset Scavenger (refuse collection) account statements.

· Copy of U.S. Airways flight itinerary from our trip to Arizona

· Copies of Cathay Pacific flight itinerary and airline ticket stubs from our recent trip to Thailand

· Photographs of my wife and myself alone as well as with other friends and family members (labels on backs of photos).
