do we really need a copy of our NOA2?

ok we were approved on the 23rd sept and our case still hasnt been updated on line nor have we got our noa2 yet.

we are already at the embassy and i am trying to finish my checlist.

Vito(petitioner) just phoned the uscis about the noa2 as it has been more than 30 days as the first time he phoned we were told to wait that long.

I'm a little hazy on what she just told him but i think he has to fill out a form and book an appointment somewhere. :unsure:

so do we really need to have a copy of this form or are we making a mountain out of a mole hill.

if we do need it. why and when in the process. how important is it? :unsure:

08-19-2009.....***NOA2 (Finally received after 6 Phone calls, 11 months late) :)

You need a copy of the NOA2 for AOS.

thank-you i guess we have to book the appointment then and get the form filled out

apparently if we file this form for second copy its gunna cost us. do we really need to do that? we didnt even get the first and i have doubts they even posted it. :unsure:
