I-129F...affadavit what taxes?

hi my name is jessica and my fiance tamer and I are ingaged... my sister is going to go to jordan in november so i have a chance to send my affadavit of support and other papers for his interview with her...but i only sent the petition two monthes ago...by the time he gets the interview it will be approxamatly be by the month of june after tax season...i was thinking fill out the affadavit and send my 2007 taxes but now the dates are diffrent what do u think i should do?

If it were me in your position, I would send (with your sister) copies of the entire package sent so far (for your fiance to review and/or have handy just in case) and probably post date a new letter of intent (because he'll need that for the interview) but hold off on the I-134 until next year (when you're closer to the interview date and after you've filed 2008 taxes). :thumbs:
