Yayyyyyyyyyy! I just had to make this as a separate post!!! I'm totally ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I just woke up... it's already Saturday here, I don't normally wake up so early, but I just had this urge of checking the USCIS website!!! (Also, I had to start packing coz I'm moving to another place in my country) Anyways....... I checked it just now, and it was updated 31st October 2008... and I clicked on the receipt number... this is what I got!!!!!!

Receipt Number: EACXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On October 31, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Now you can see why I'm totally ecstatic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna go update the June Filers string and also my timeline right now.

GOOD LUCK everybody!!! Good things come to those who wait!!!

Sorry for all the blabbering, i'm just toooooo insanely ecstatic! lol :)

Oh yeah... my wait was... June 24 (NOA1) to Oct 31 (NOA2)... so all in are 4 months and 1 week of wait. All worth it!

Also... I have a question.... what do I do next??????????? :)

06-25-09..... Recieved NOA AOS EAD AP

06-29-09..... Recieved Biometrics appointment for July 21

07-10-09..... Case transfered to California

08-05-09..... AOS Card production ordered

08-06-09..... AP approval sent

08-06-09..... EAD Card production ordered

08-11-09..... Got my GREENCARD

08-13-09..... Got my EAD card and AP

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

tee hee! thank you everyone :) i can't stop smiling right now!!!!!! i called my fiance straight after i got to know about it and we're both basically just speechless! haha :D yay!

oh yeah.... i've updated my timeline! and to make things easy... here are mine:

June 18 - I129-f petition sent

June 24 - NOA1

July 9 - Touched

Oct 31 - NOA2!!!!!!!

This is the happiest Halloween day ever! ;)

Congradulations, We got our notice today also was almost exactly the same I came home from work and read VJ postings then wrote a email to Radz, then went to check USCIS. I was expecting to see last update 7/9/2008 again and it said 10/31/2008, so i clicked the link and found our notice had been mailed out Oct. 30. After this the fire department had to come to my house and pull me out of the ceiling, i guess i jumped to high ( not really just kidding here) but was very excited so I called Radz because I knew she wanted to know even though it was 430 am there we talked for 2 hours and we both were so happy that we cant believe it has we finnally got the noa2. Good luck to everyone on the next step. I guess I will stop typing now because I think im just running on with nothing more of any importance to say. lolz
